A: No, registration fee once paid is not refundable.

A: Yes, you must be getting a certificate.

Q: What materials shall I get when I arrive at the conference?

A: As per the registration fee you will be getting the facilities. You must be getting a Conference kit which may include Programme schedule day-wise, writing materials, pens, conference proceedings, etc.

Q: Do I need a visa to attend the conference? How will you help?

A: Yes you need a visa to attend the conference if you are not from host country. We can provide a standard invitation letter to assist you with your visa application but you please check with your local embassy or travel agent in order to get visa in time. Follow the procedure as per the local embassy's guidelines.

Q: How do I book accommodation for the conference?

A: Send your request for accommodation on email id ic@dspsr.in. Mention in subject line "Accommodation"

A: There is no specific dress code for the conference sessions or for any other events of the conference. However, we recommend you to carry clothes as per the climate of host country to avoid inconvenience.
